Maybe the starting line of a 13.1 mile race seems a little daunting if you have never run that distance before, or are you stuck in a rut with your running and need help to bust out a new PR?! Well, we have a training program for you! RunGr8's Half Marathon Training Program is designed with every runner in mind. If you have never run a Half Marathon before but want to tackle the distance (and can run 3 miles) then this is the perfect group for you! If you need that extra structure and motivation to finally get a faster time...then this group is for you! Our program offers you an enjoyable way to train and learn how to properly get ready for a Half Marathon! During this fully scheduled 16-week program, we will meet twice a week as a group for workouts and to make sure everyone is on track to meet their goal. The workouts are designed to give your body plenty of time to to be ready for the Half Marathon. No drill Sargent's, stopwatches, or expectations of any kind.....(well....just one, that you finish the Half Marathon at the end of the 16-weeks and have fun!) The cost of this 16-week, fully-supported program is just $125!
